A redesign that looks elegant on paper must survive contact with reality. Confluence Lab creates structured, low-risk environments where new pathways are tested. Working with cohorts of educators, employers, and youth, we run Innovation Clinics, prototype new curriculum interfaces, and stress-test alignment mechanisms.
